Synopsis
Mr. Neil Byrne and Mr. Martin Roche were among a group of canoeing enthusiasts making a trip from Borris, Co. Carlow to New Ross, Co. Wexford by canoe. The group got into difficulties at St. Mullins Weir and Mr. Roche and Mr. Byrne were drowned.
