Synopsis
The M.S "Sybille" arrived at the pilot station of the port of Dublin at 05.30 hours on the 18th February 2004. Whilst the pilot transfer was in progress the pilot ladder side ropes gave way. The pilot and a section of ladder fell back onto the pilot cutter. The pilot was uninjured and subsequently boarded the vessel from the port side using the M.S "Sybille" port side pilot ladder.
