Synopsis
At approximately 0330 hours on Sunday 24th August 1997 the Antigua & Barbuda flagged general cargo and container ship, "Holger" IMO No. 9122227 of 3,999 gross tonnage, registered in Stade, Germany, while on passage from Dublin towards Cork, collided with the Irish registered fishing vessel No. D507, "Credo Du Marin" of 56.75 gross tonnage, 160 degrees true (SSE) x 10 miles from Hook Head light (See Appendix 8.1) during good visibility, light winds and flat calm sea. No injuries were sustained.
