Synopsis
At approximately 03.30 hrs. on the morning of 2nd December 2007 on board the Irish Registered Vessel MV "Arklow Willow" at Kings Dock, Swansea, Mr. Brian Daly, a Trainee Cadet went missing while on duty.
\r\nApproximately three days later on 5th December 2007 his body was recovered from the dock.
\r\nA post mortem examination found that the cause of death was drowning.
