Synopsis
On 20th May 2001 at about 0250 hours, a collision occurred in the entrance channel to Dublin Port between the St. Vincent and the Grenadines registered cargo vessel "Bluebird" and the Irish yacht "Debonair". The collision occurred in a position 0.4 nautical miles to the west of No. 3 buoy in good weather conditions. Visibility was good at the time. There were four fatalities.
