Synopsis
On 7th April 2010, Mr. Philip Kelly, Mr. Connie Smith and Mr. Derek Elliott entered the water in their kayaks at Curraghmore Estate in Whitestown, Co. Waterford, Ireland and paddled downstream for about 30 minutes until they reached the weir at Portlaw.
\r\nWhilst attempting to navigate the weir, Mr. Philip Kelly and Mr. Connie Smith lost their lives.
